A golden quartz whose name comes from the French word for Lemon. It was once believed that Citrine would protect its wearer from wicked thoughts and snake venom. With its radiant color, in modern day, it is believed to be associated with cheerfulness and vitality. Its major sources are Brazil and Bolivia.
